In the works of foreign authors, the issues of determining the moment of the IPO and the analysis of the development of the stock markets of developed countries are investigated. The markets of developing countries are only superficially touched upon in the works, and the IPO of Russia is studied in isolated cases. In addition, various sources interpret the concept of IPO differently, which leads to inconsistency of concepts and the primary data contradict the results of the study of world, national and regional markets. Therefore, it should be noted that there is no detailed analysis of the development of IPOs in the international market, as well as the development of a typology of instruments for attracting investments in the market in the form of an IPO in the Russian market.
The purpose of the master’s thesis is to study the involvement of the tools of investment to markets in the form of the IPO.
Based on the set goal, the following tasks were solved in the work:
– studied the concept of IPO, its economic meaning, highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of this mechanism;
– strategic goals of entering the IPO were formulated both for the high-quality functioning of the organization, and in general within the framework of the national market;
– studied the stages of preparation and implementation of the IPO process;
– considered the experience of entering an IPO on the example of the Russian company Internet Solutions LLC (Ozon) and the foreign company Laird Superfood , Inc .;
– considered the methodology of the company’s IPO ;
– the analysis and assessment of the financial condition of VkusVill LLC was carried out ;
– an assessment of the value of shares when entering an IPO was carried out ;
– calculated predictive efficiency of the output of the company LLC ” VkusVill ” to market the IPO .
The practical purpose of the study is based on the development of a set of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations based on the study of the experience of companies for issuers in choosing the moment of initial public offerings in the Russian IPO market.
The object of the research is VkusVill LLC.
The subject of the research is the instruments for attracting investments to the market in the form of IPO.
